What’s the Difference between an Agent, a Broker, and a Realtor?

I’d take an Agent with Sales experience over the Broker with none. People become Brokers for starters of two reasons. The first reason is always to employ other agents and expand their reach. The second reason is always to maximize their profitability by continuing to keep 100% with their commission checks rather than being forced to share a share of it with the employing Broker. Realtor
